Vegan “Pork” Burger Recipe

Vegan “Pork” Burger Recipe

Summer is almost here! I know a lot of you may still be under snow and battling the cold for a few more weeks or months, but I can already see the light ahead. And when summer gets here that means it is time to heat up the grill and keep it rolling throughout the season.

Having a great whole food plant based option to be able to throw onto the grill was a big reason why I was able to get my dad to jump on board with this way of eating. And personally as someone who grew up loving grilled foods, I have made it my job to keep coming up with great healthy vegan options for the “barbie”!

My vegan “porkless” burgers were such a hit last summer that I wanted to revamp them a little bit, simplifying the recipe and getting a more thorough video tutorial posted. If you have enjoyed my past burger recipes, I know you will love these ones! And if you do not have a grill, don’t worry these can always be baked in the oven on parchment at 425 F for 25-30 minutes.
