Marble mashed potatoes are the perfect holiday recipe when you have a few leftover white potatoes and sweet potatoes.

3 medium white potatoes

3 medium sweet potatoes

1 cup vegetable broth or water

1 cup plant-based milk

1 tbs ground sage

2 tsp onion powder

2 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions

Dice the potatoes into large 2-inch pieces. Add them along with the rest of the ingredients into the InstantPot. Mix together so that all of the spices are all incorporated with the liquids.
- Set the InstantPot to cook for 20 minutes on the manual or “pressure cook” setting.
- Allow the InstantPot to naturally release before removing the lid.
- Using a large fork, mixing spoon, or potato masher, mash and mix together the potatoes before serving.
