This tropical overnight oatmeal recipe is perfect if you are in need of a breakfast that is ready to grab an go during your busy mornings.

Ingredients

2 cups plant-based milk

1 cup rolled oats

1 banana (frozen)

1/2 cup mango chunks (fresh or frozen)

1/2 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)

1/2 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

Blend together the plant-based milk, banana, pineapple, mango, and vanilla extract for 1 to 2 minutes.

Mix the rolled oats and blended mixture together. Then transfer to an airtight refrigerator safe container.

Allow the oats to soak in the blended fruit overnight or for up to 3 days before enjoying.


Notes

Overnight oats can be prepared for up to 3 to 4 days in advance. This means that twice a week you could make your half-weeks worth of overnight oat breakfasts.
