Description
This Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Oatmeal is one of our favorite breakfasts for then we need a healthy morning meal in a hurry!
Ingredients

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup plant-based milk
-
2 ripe bananas
-
1 tbs cacao or cocoa powder

1 tbs defatted peanut powder

1 tbs maple syrup
Instructions

Bring the 1/2 cup plant-based milk to a boil and then add in the oats. Remove the pot from the burner and leave covered for 5 minutes.

Slice the banana into 1/4 inch pieces. Add the banana pieces, cacao, peanut powder & maple syrup to the oats. Mix everything together before serving.
Notes
This recipe can be turned into overnight oats by skipping the step to boil the plant-based milk and then mixing all of the ingredients together and storing it in the refrigerator overnight.
