- 3 cups sweet potato cubes (frozen)
- ½ cup plant-based milk (almond, soy, oat, etc)
- 2 tbs cacao or cocoa powder
- 1 tbs maple syrup
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients into your blender or food processor.
- Process on medium speed for 30 to 60 seconds, or until the frozen sweet potatoes have been blended into a smooth soft-serve consistency, and serve.
