I started cooking my sweet potatoes in the InstantPot with a 30 minute cook time I have never looked back!

Ingredients
- 8 sweet potatoes (medium size)
Instructions
- Place a steamer basket or trivet at the bottom of the InstantPot. Pour in two to three cups of water depending on the size of your InstantPot.
- Add in the sweet potatoes ensure that there is enough headspace to close the lid properly.
- Set to cook for 30 minutes on the manual or “pressure cook” setting.
- Allow to naturally release before removing the lid.
Notes
Once cooked, you can remove the sweet potatoes and use them right away or allow them to cook before placing the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
