Making your own pumpkin pie smoothie is the perfect way to cool down at the end of the summer when you dreaming about the coming Fall months.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen pumpkin puree

  • 1 1/2 cups plant-based milk

  • 1 tbs maple syrup

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

  • 1/8 tsp clove

  • 1/8 tsp ginger


Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients into your blender.
  2. Blend for 1 to 2 minutes or until all of the bananas have been blended into a creamy smoothie consistency.
