  • 2 cups sweet potato cubes (cooked and frozen)

  • 1/4 cup plant-based milk

  • 1 tbs maple syrup

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/8 tsp clove

  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Place all of the ingredients into a blender or food processor. Blend for 30-60 seconds (stopping and scraping the sides down if needed).
