Description
Making your own homemade vegan bread pudding is a great way to ensure your holiday dessert is a healthy, oil-free, plant-based version!
Ingredients
1 vegan and oil-free loaf of bread
2 cups plant-based milk
1/2 cup maple syrup
3 tbs corn starch
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon

Cut the baguette into 1/4″-1/2″ cubes. Mix the corn starch, cinnamon, and vanilla extract into the 2 cups of the plant-based milk (a blender works great for this step).

Add the bread cubes into a glass baking dish and then pour over the liquid mixture. Mix together so that all of the bread pieces are evenly coated before spreading out into a 2 to 3-inch thick layer.

Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 minutes or until the top of the dish is golden brown.
