Ingredients
2 cups rolled oats
2 cups water or plant-based milk
1/2 cup oat flour (or another GF or Wheat based flour)
1/4 cup raisins
2 to 3 tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Instructions
Add the oats, flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and raisins together in a medium bowl or the dish you are baking the oatmeal in. Mix together so that all the dry ingredients are well mixed.
Stir in the water and maple syrup until there are no clumps of dry ingredients left. Smooth out the top.
