I know, I know, I know, I eat a lot of nice cream. But hey it is just too tasty to go a day without it! And it really is an extremely healthy snack so I feel good about enjoying it at any time of the day.

This Chocolate Peanut Butter Nice Cream recipe is a mixture of Peanut Butter Nice Cream and my Double Chocolate Nice Cream. I find this recipe has the least banana”y” flavor of any of my banana based nice creams.

This Chocolate Peanut Butter Nice Cream recipe is a mixture of Peanut Butter Nice Cream and my Double Chocolate Nice Cream. I find this recipe has the least banana”y” flavor of any of my banana based nice creams.

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas (frozen)
  • ¼ cup plant-based milk (oat, soy, almond, etc)
  • tbs defatted peanut powder
  • tbs cacao or cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine the bananas, milk, cacao powder, and peanut powder.
  2. Process on medium speed for 30 to 60 seconds, or until the banans have been blended into a smooth soft-serve consistency, and serve.

Notes

If you notice any banana pieces stuck toward the top and sides of the blender/food processor, you may need to stop and scrape them down with a spatula, then pulse until smooth.
