Description
This Chocolate Peanut Butter Nice Cream recipe is a mixture of Peanut Butter Nice Cream and my Double Chocolate Nice Cream. I find this recipe has the least banana”y” flavor of any of my banana based nice creams.
Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas (frozen)
- ¼ cup plant-based milk (oat, soy, almond, etc)
- 1½ tbs defatted peanut powder
- 1½ tbs cacao or cocoa powder
Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, combine the bananas, milk, cacao powder, and peanut powder.
- Process on medium speed for 30 to 60 seconds, or until the banans have been blended into a smooth soft-serve consistency, and serve.
Notes
If you notice any banana pieces stuck toward the top and sides of the blender/food processor, you may need to stop and scrape them down with a spatula, then pulse until smooth.
