This is a quick video and recipe on just exactly how I know when my bananas are nice cream ready, and how I like to peel and freeze them.

- Bananas (ripe)
Instructions
- Peel the ripened bananas.
- Place the peeled bananas onto a parchment lined baking sheet or cutting board.
- Freeze for 12 hours.
- Transfer the frozen bananas into a freezer safe bag or container for longer-term storage.
Notes
You can choose to freeze the bananas whole or break them into thirds before freezing.
