I love getting as creative as possible when it comes to planning and preparing holiday meals. But I know that this time of year the schedule can get hectic and it can be really tough to try to put together a nice spread for Thanksgiving or Christmas, especially when you are making sure that everything is going to be vegan and health-promoting.
That is why I wanted to provide my super simple vegan stuffing recipe. I also wanted to make sure that you could make this recipe with common ingredients that I believe most will have either in the pantry or be easily accessible at the local grocery store. I also have my Apple and Sage Stuffing as apart of my holiday recipes that you can also check out to see if it is more your stuffing style.
If you go ahead and give this recipe a try, let me know what you think and share a picture on my Instagram and Facebook page of how it turned out for you.
This Easy Vegan Stuffing is just in time for one of the best times of year to introduce loved ones to a healthy vegan diet, the holidays.
