How to Make Date Paste

How to Make Date Paste

Previously I used to pick up pre-made date paste from the grocery store to use in various recipes including my low fat peanut butter. But I realized that it was always wrapped in a single use plastic and it never tasted very fresh. So I decided to make my own date paste with some dates that I had sitting in the fridge. It worked out great, and now I can have a plastic free and fresh date paste anytime.
