- 2 tbs plant-based milk (almond, cashew, soy, etc)
- 1 tbs date paste (or maple syrup)
Instructions
- Mix all of the ingredients together until you have your own homemade creamy low-fat peanut butter.

You can store your low-fat peanut butter in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
