Description
Making mashed potatoes in the InstantPot is a great way to have a healthy whole food plant-based meal ready in minutes.
Ingredients

6 white potatoes, medium size

1 cup plant-based milk

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp black pepper
Instructions

Place all ingredients into the InstantPot or electric pressure cooker. Set the InstantPot for 15 minutes on the manual or “pressure cook” setting.

Allow the InstantPot to release its pressure naturally before removing the lid.

Mash everything together using a large mixing spoon or potato masher before serving.
Notes
You can use this recipe for any type of potatoes that you find at the grocery store. Try substituting Yukon Gold, Red, or Russet potatoes.
