Description
Sage and Pea Polenta is the perfect recipe for those cold winter days where you are in need of a warm recipe in a hurry.
Ingredients

1 cup polenta (dry)

4 cups water
-
2 cups green peas (fresh or frozen)

1 tbs dry sage

1 tsp garlic powder
-
1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions

Place all of your ingredients into the InstantPot and stir everything together.

Set your InstantPot to cook for 20 minutes on the manual or “pressure cook” setting.

Allow the InstantPot to naturally release before removing the lid.

Stir your polenta thoroughly (There will be a separation of the liquid when you open up the InstantPot, this is normal just give it a good stir).
