Description
Cooking brown rice in the InstantPot is a great way to save time with a tried and true method of pressure cooking your grains.
Ingredients

2 cups brown rice (dry)

2 1/2 cups water
Instructions

Add the brown rice and water into the InstantPot.

Set the InstantPot to cook for 22 minutes on the manual or “pressure cook” setting.

Allow the InstantPot to naturally release pressure before removing the lid and serving up the rice.
Notes
A good ratio to remember when using an electric pressure cooker for rice is the 1:1.25 ratio of brown rice to water.
