Tropical Island Smoothie

Tropical Island Smoothie

Breakfast is by far my favorite meal of the day and I love to get creative with the meals that I make for Dr. Miller and myself. And with the weather has started to really cool down around us which left me reminiscing about the fun summer we had out on the beach while enjoying our first year on the east coast.

Getting back to that wonderful warm weather peace of mind I decided to make a tropical island-inspired smoothie. I wanted to make it easy and accessible to almost everyone, so I used commonly available fruits that you should be able to find in most grocery stores.

If by chance you can’t find frozen pineapple or mangos you can always use fresh if you have them or any other tropical fruits that might be available in your area.
