Black Bean Hummus

Black Bean Hummus

With college football season starting and the NFL getting ready to start back up, the need for delicious and healthy oil-free vegan dips becomes very important. Having a delicious plant-based dip is especially important to me as someone who grew up spending most of my Falls watching football and eating!

This black bean hummus is a great option if you are looking for a quick and easy plant-based dip recipe, or if you are looking for a great dip to share at your next tailgate party. It is sure to be a hit with both your plant-based and non-veg friends alike. In this recipe, I used my easy InstantPot Black Beans, but you can also use canned black beans if you do not have any of your own cooked beans ready when you are wanting to make some hummus.

When I serve this at parties I normally bring along some carrots, celery, and sliced bell peppers to use as dipping vessels.
