InstantPot Baked Beans

InstantPot Baked Beans

Not only do I love spending time with friends at cookouts during the Summer, but I love making plant-based cookout food! Whenever we host or are invited to a BBQ or cookout, we make sure to bring enough bean burgers and other plant-based food to share.

One classic cookout dish that we usually bring with us is baked beans. There are some vegan store-bought options, but they are always filled with artificial ingredients and loads of processed sugar. So I decided that I would come up with a great whole food plant-based option utilizing my InstantPot Pinto Beans and my InstantPot BBQ sauce.

I made sure that these baked beans are extremely easy to make on the stovetop or with your InstantPot.
