Description
Is a burrito a real burrito if there isn’t any refried beans? I don’t know the exact answer to that, but I do know that our family loves to make our own fat-free refried beans at home for burritos, dips, and much more!
Ingredients
- 2 cups pinto beans (cooked)
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp cumin (ground)
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients into your food processor.
- Process for 30 seconds to a minutes or until all of the beans have been processed into a smooth and thick refried beans consistency.
Notes
Store your refried beans in the refrigerator inside of a airtight container for up to 5 days.
