Description
Cooking chickpeas in a electric pressure cooker or InstantPot is a great way to save money, time and energy while enjoying these tasty legumes!
Ingredients
- 1 cup chickpeas (dry)
- 3 cups water
Instructions
- Add all of your ingredients into the InstantPot and mix together.
- Set the InstantPot to cook for 30 minutes on the manual or “pressure cook” setting.
- Once the time is up, allow the InstantPot to release naturally before removing the lid.
Notes
Cooked chickpeas can be stored in the refrigerator inside of an airtight container for up to 5 days.
