Description
Freezing your ripened avocados is a great way to always have ripe avocados on hand for making rich and creamy guacamole.

- avocados (ripe)
Instructions
- Cut the ripe avocadoes in half, and remove the pit. Then scoop out the flesh trying to keeping the half of the avocado flesh as in tact as possible.
- Place the halved avocado flesh onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Freeze for 12 hours before transfer the frozen avocado to a freezer safe bag or container.
Notes
When you are ready to use your frozen avocado, remove it from the freezer and allow to thaw.
