Description
This recipe is my wife, Dr Miller’s all time favorite on the go breakfast. On those days that she needs to be into the office extra early, I will get up and make her a peanut butter chia smoothie before she heads out for a day teaching at the university.

Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas (frozen)
- ½ cup plant-based milk (almond, soy, oat, etc)
- 2 tbs defatted peanut powder
- 1 tbs chia seeds
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients into your blender or food processor.
- Blend for 1 to 2 minutes or until all of the bananas have been blended into a creamy smoothie consistency.
