Ingredients
- 1 can young green jackfruit (drained and rinsed)
- ½ cup vegetable broth (or water)
- ¼ cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Place the drained and rinsed young green jackfruit into your food processor.
- Process the jackfruit for 30 seconds or until the majority of the jackfruit pieces have been shredded.
- Add the shredded jackfruit and the remaining ingredients into the InstantPot. Mix together using a mixing spoon.
- Set the InstantPot to cook for 15 minutes on the manual or “pressure cook” setting.
- Allow the InstantPot to naturally release before removing the lid.
