Pumpkin Pie Nice Cream

I recently uploaded a recipe for my pumpkin pie smoothie and before that, I shared how to freeze your own pumpkin puree so that I am able to make smoothies and nice creams whenever I want.

It just seemed right that the next recipe that I would share is my pumpkin pie nice cream! For this recipe, you will only need a few simple ingredients and if you have a food processor or blender it shouldn’t take more than a few minutes to make this delicious dessert.

I have mentioned in the past that I find that 1 tbs of maple syrup makes it sweet enough for me, but if you want your nice cream sweeter you can always add some more and it will still be a healthy dessert that will go over great with your family and friends.

Pumpkin Pie Nice Cream

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas

  • 1 cup frozen pumpkin puree

  • 1/4 cup plant-based milk

  • 1 tbs maple syrup

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/8 tsp clove

  • 1/8 tsp ginger

  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg


Instructions

  1. Place all of the ingredients into a food processor or blender. Blend for 1 to 2 minutes until the nice cream has reached a soft-serve consistency.
