Triple Berry Spinach Salad

Triple Berry Spinach Salad

I get asked a lot about some of my best weight loss tips and tricks. And as someone who has lost one hundred pounds, I have developed some really great food strategies that have helped me and others in losing weight. And one of the biggest ways I can tell you that has helped in my weight loss whenever I hit a plateau on a whole food plant-based diet was to start my meals with a non-starchy vegetable.

For most lunch and dinners one of my favorite non-starchy vegetables to eat before is a spinach salad. I posted my southwest spinach salad a while back and many have commented on enjoying it. So I thought that I would get another recipe and video out on another one of my favorite salad recipes.

For my triple berry spinach salad, I love using whatever berries are in season, and if you have many options I would recommend using your favorites.
