Description
These Vegan Marinara Burgers are a great recipe for grilling up during the heat of the summertime or cool of the winter.
Ingredients

2 cups cooked red beans (drained and rinsed)

1 cup cooked brown rice

1 cup rolled oats

1/4 cup marinara sauce

2 tbs Italian seasoning

2 tsp garlic powder
-
2 tsp onion powder
-
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients into your stand mixer or a large bowl. Mix on a low setting or by hand for 3 to 5 minutes or until the beans have been mashed and incorporated with the rest of the ingredients.
- Form into patties
- Grill on each side for 3-5 minutes (or until the patties release from the grill).
