Who doesn’t like a nice cold chocolaty treat in the middle of the summer? I know I do! But I wanted something that was going to cool me down and fill me up without filling me out like dairy-based ice creams used to do. So I came up with this quick & easy recipe for double chocolate nice cream.

You may be wondering to yourself why this is called double chocolate nice cream if there is only one source of “chocolate” in this recipe. The truth is that once you try this recipe with the two tablespoons of cacao powder, you will know exactly why it is deserving of the name Double Chocolate Nice Cream!
