Dragon fruit is one of my all-time favorite fruits, along with bananas. So when I was trying to find a new nice cream flavor I had to give the dragon fruit a try. And I have got to say that this one turned out fantastic!

Ingredients

1 cup frozen dragon fruit, cubes

2 ripe bananas, frozen

1/4 cup plant-based milk
Instructions

Place all of the ingredients into the food processor or blender.

Process together for 30-60 seconds (stopping and scraping the sides down if needed).
Notes
There are multiple types of dragon fruit. Yellow will produce a sweeter nice cream than red, but all will work great for this recipe.
