Cooking your own whole food plant-based and oil-free french fries is a great way to have a tasty vegan snack in a hurry.
Ingredients
- 10 to 15 lbs potatoes
Instructions
Baking the potatoes:

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

Place your whole washed potatoes onto the baking rack. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes depending on the size of your potatoes. Once the potatoes are done baking allow for them to cool. Place the potatoes into the refrigerator (we normally make large batches at the start of the week).
Making the fries or wedges

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Cut the cooked potato into the size and shape of your liking. Toss the fries in your favorite seasoning. Place onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
